1. General Information

• These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered on our website, including raw food, freeze-dried treats, protein supplements for weight and muscle gain, dehydrated meat toppers, grooming services, and the sale of British Shorthair kittens.

2. Products and Services

• Raw Food and Dehydrated Toppers:
• All our products are made from high-quality ingredients to ensure your pet’s health and well-being.
• Please store raw food products in the freezer and follow our recommended guidelines for thawing and serving.
• Dehydrated meat toppers should be stored in a cool, dry place.
• Freeze-Dried Treats:
• Freeze-dried treats can be used as a topping or snack. Ensure your pet has access to fresh water when consuming.
• Protein Supplements:
• Our protein products are formulated to support weight gain and muscle development in pets. Consult with your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement to your pet’s diet.
• Grooming Services:
• Our mobile grooming services are provided by trained professionals. Please inform us of any specific health conditions or allergies your pet may have before the appointment.
• British Shorthair Kittens:
• The kittens are sold for show and breeding purposes. WCF registration papers and pedigree will be provided at the time of purchase or as soon as available.
• The breeder guarantees that the kitten is FeLV and FIV negative and is not aware of any health problems or diseases at the time of sale.
• In the event of premature death due to a genetic defect, the Buyer must provide a written necropsy report from a licensed veterinarian. If the defect is genetic, the Seller will replace the kitten with one of equivalent quality. Shipping costs for the replacement kitten are the Buyer’s responsibility. If a lethal genetic condition is detected, the Buyer agrees to have the cat altered and cease breeding.
• The breeder is not responsible for FIP (feline infectious peritonitis), as the virus is common in multi-cat environments and its mutation is beyond human control. No compensation for this disease will be provided.
• The cat must never be declawed or caged, and must not be allowed to roam outdoors unsupervised.
• If the cat is neglected or mistreated, the Buyer must surrender it immediately to the Seller.
• The cat, or its offspring, cannot be sold, leased, transferred, or given away to pet stores, animal brokers, research labs, or used for medical experimentation.
• The Buyer assumes all responsibility for expenses incurred after the cat leaves the Seller’s possession. There will be no reimbursement for veterinary expenses.
• If the Buyer changes their mind after placing a 30% deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.
• By signing the contract, the Buyer confirms they have read and agree to the terms outlined.

3. Health Disclaimer and Side Effects

• Raw Food:
• Raw food diets may not be suitable for all pets. It’s important to consult with your veterinarian to ensure it’s appropriate for your pet, especially if they have existing health conditions.
• Potential side effects of transitioning to a raw food diet may include digestive upset, such as diarrhea, vomiting, or changes in stool consistency. Some pets may also experience an initial period of adjustment with symptoms like increased thirst or a change in appetite. If you notice any adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian immediately.
• Protein Supplements:
• As with any dietary supplement, individual results may vary. Side effects of protein supplements may include digestive disturbances, such as gas, bloating, or loose stools. It is recommended to start with a small amount and monitor your pet for any adverse reactions.
• Dehydrated Meat Toppers:
• Dehydrated meat toppers are generally well-tolerated, but in rare cases, they may cause mild digestive upset, such as vomiting or diarrhea, especially if your pet has a sensitive stomach. If you observe any negative reactions, reduce the amount or discontinue use.

4. Product Use

• By purchasing our products, you agree to use them in accordance with the instructions provided.
• We are not responsible for any misuse of our products that leads to injury or health issues in your pet.

5. Grooming Services

• Our grooming services are intended to maintain the hygiene and appearance of your pet. Please ensure your pet is in good health before scheduling an appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet poses a risk to the groomer or if health concerns arise.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
• Grooming services are non-refundable, but we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us to discuss a resolution.

7. Liability

• We do our best to ensure the safety and quality of our products and services, but we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes that may occur.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services provided.
