Description

To help your cat transition smoothly to a raw food diet, we’ve created a special Transition Box that consists of six phases. This box will gradually increase the amount of raw food in your cat’s diet over 19 days, making it easier for cats who aren’t used to raw meat.

What inside Transition box?
  • 38 Cups: Each cup is labeled with a number corresponding to the day and meal.
  • Day Numbers: The numbers range from 1 to 19. Each number represents a specific day in the transition process.
  • Two Meals per Day: Each day includes two meals – one for the morning and one for the evening. This means there are two cups for each day, labeled with the same number.
How to use Transition box
  1. Day 1: Use the two cups labeled “1”:
Morning: Mix the contents of the first cup labeled “1” with your cat’s current wet food.
Evening: Mix the contents of the second cup labeled “1” with the current wet food.
  2. Day 2: Use the two cups labeled “2”:
Morning: Mix the contents of the first cup labeled “2” with the current wet food.
Evening: Mix the contents of the second cup labeled “2” with the current wet food.
  3. Continue this process each day, using the cups labeled with the corresponding day number (e.g., “3” for Day 3, “4” for Day 4, etc.).
Gradually Reducing Wet Food:
  • As you increase the amount of raw food each day, you should reduce the amount of your cat’s regular wet food accordingly. This gradual reduction allows your cat to consume the entire meal without overfeeding.
  • By balancing the increase in raw food with a decrease in wet food, your cat’s stomach can adapt to the new diet comfortably.
Transitioning to 100% Raw:
  • Each day, the proportion of raw food in the cups will increase, and the amount of wet food should be reduced.
  • By Day 19, your cat will be fully transitioned to 100% raw food.

Following this gradual method allows your cat’s digestive system to adapt to the new diet, minimizing any potential digestive issues. Simply follow the numbered cups each day for both morning and evening meals, adjusting the wet food amount as instructed, and your cat will smoothly transition to a healthier, raw food diet.

Serving and Storage

To ensure the freshness and safety of the raw food, please follow these storage and serving instructions:

  • Storage: Upon receiving the Transition Box, all meals should be stored in the freezer to maintain their freshness.
  • Daily Preparation:
Take out the two cups labeled for Day 1 (marked with the number “1”) and place them in the fridge to thaw. These will be used for the morning and evening meals of Day 1.
  • Preparing for the Next Day:
Each evening, take out the cups labeled with the next day’s number (e.g., “2” for Day 2) and move them from the freezer to the fridge. This will allow the food to thaw overnight, so it’s ready to be mixed and served the next day.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure that the food remains fresh and safe for your cat, making the transition to a raw diet smooth and easy.
